A tip to know about Gluten- free flours.
I have tested all my recipes and have learned that gluten free flours cook differently than wheat flours. I've already experienced the flops so you don't have to.

In the book on the photo of "Whole Clove Chicken" it says Whole "Glove" Chicken! Too late to fix but I promise I didn't bake any gloves! :)
