I made chicken tonight on the barbecue. I used the marinade recipe from my "Grilled Lemon and Oregano Chicken Skewers" just didn't use the skewers. I love the charbroil flavor of a flame. I took a rice tortilla and with canola mayonnaise and a few Kalamata olives made a wrap. The marinade makes the chicken very juicy and tender. Another successful dinner.......until next time ..Tastefully gluten free as always!............Jan
