I'm slowly getting back into the groove of things since my hip surgery so I thank you all for hanging in to view my recipes. I have new ones in the making but they need to be fine tuned. When they are I will surely post them. In the meantime I still cook from my recipe book all the time and here is a picture from last week of my "Balsamic Glazed Chicken Tenders" served with Quinoa with mixed vegetables.
