Gluten free flour brands make a difference!

I make pancakes and waffles a lot. (because I love them!) Will freeze some so I can take them to work and have them for lunch sometimes. What I have found is the brand of white rice flour does make a difference. My daughter (sweet as she is) purchased various white rice flours from a large Asian market while she was in L.A. on vacation (it's nice when your kids think about you when they are away). I've been using these various brands and they are ok in some things (thickening or breading like my Chicken Strips) but actually some are awful . My best pancakes and waffles are with the Bob's Redmill brand white rice flour. I follow my recipe exact and they are perfect every time.
