I just love these and I shouldn't wait so long between when I make them! The cakes are laid in a large lettuce leaf for wrapping but not until I slide my dill spread lightly over the top of the cake and sprinkle it with matchstick sliced radishes. (these recipes in my recipe book http://jansrecipebook.com/ ) The combination of these flavors is explosive and oh so tasty!!! Again....staying gluten, dairy, soy, free and then some!
