"Paprika Chicken" Free Of Gluten, Dairy,Soy, Etc.

I made my "Paprika Chicken" this evening for dinner. (recipe found in Jan's Recipe Book) I had all the ingredients except the dry white wine so I used a dry red instead and it was great. The recipe only calls for a quarter cup and as long as it was dry the substitute to red from white didn't compromise the flavor. I serve this over rice or pasta. I went with brown rice penne pasta tonight. I still like to add to dinner a vegetable of some sort so I sauteed some collard greens with extra virgin olive oil, fresh minced garlic and a spritz of lemon juice. It was of course delicious!  I can't believe I'm on such a restricted diet when I can enjoy food like this!
