Still Gluten-Free and then some!
I'm still cooking and still creating gluten-free, dairy--free, soy-free, etc-free dishes. I've been so busy with life in general I haven't been able to post a new recipe or helpful tip. (Hopefully soon!) We now have a video camera so I can make some videos to add to my blog for helpful tips......that will be coming. I've been working on more plant based foods and really loving it! (less meat more vegetable) Also started juicing in the morning for breakfast and really loving that too! I didn't like juicing because of the preparation and clean up but I now have it down to a half pitcher made and all cleaned up in 15 minutes. then there's the cookies.....After the 6th attempt on my chocolate chip cookies I had to step back for a time. (6 batches is a lot of cookies and I'm not one to waste food) The recipe is almost there though. They taste great! I just need to improve the texture a little. When they are done I'll post the recipe. Thanks for following and here's to happy cooking and happy eating!...................Jan
